Biography
Felecia Moriels is the Director of General Education for Professional Studies and an Assistant Professor within the School of Professional and Graduate Studies. Felecia has worked in Title lll as the Title llI-Specialist, advised the Student Society for Women, serves on several Academic Committees and Councils, and is currently in the Doctorate of Education Leadership and Administration program at SNU. Felecia’s area of expertise is entrepreneurship and business management, professional development, leadership and training, transformational programming, and student mentorship. As a small business owner in Oklahoma City for the past 26+ years, before transitioning to higher education, Felecia received the African American Woman Entrepreneur in the Greater Oklahoma City Metropolis Award in 2014, was certified in Leadership Development Training in 2019, is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and volunteers with civic organizations such as the Links, Incorporated and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated to mentor high school and college students documenting as many as 200+ service hours a year. Felecia uses her professional skills as a ministry to encourage and empower men, women, and young adults. Her motto is: “Be yourself, Look yourself, Feel yourself, Speak yourself… just be YOU!”
